Request a quotation
Tell us what you need and we reply with a written quotation within one business day. No prices are published on this site; pricing exists only in the quotation.

What to include, and why each item helps
A quotation is only as fast as the identification is precise. Each item below removes one round of questions:
| Include | Why it speeds your quote |
|---|---|
| Manufacturer article number, or product name and size | Identifies the exact catalogue item first time. Many consumables exist in several sizes and grades under one name. |
| Quantity | Lead time and packing depend on it. A single unit and a year’s supply are quoted differently. |
| The machine, method, or standard it is used with | Lets us check compatibility and raise any mismatch before you order, not after. |
| Delivery emirate or country | Puts delivery time and cost inside the quotation instead of after it. |
| Whether it is a repeat order | Lets us match the earlier supply exactly rather than re-identify the item from scratch. |
Not sure what you need?
You do not have to name a product. If your laboratory is starting a new method, describe the material you are preparing, the preparation stage that is giving trouble, and the equipment you have. We will propose specific catalogue items from the manufacturer’s own documentation — with the reasoning stated, so you can judge the proposal rather than take it on trust.
What happens next
We acknowledge every enquiry within one business day. If anything is unclear, we ask our questions then, in one message rather than a slow exchange. You then receive a written quotation by email.
What the quotation contains
This site publishes no prices and no stock levels; pricing exists only in the written quotation. Every quotation states:
- item identification — the manufacturer’s article number and description, so you can verify the item independently
- the quantity quoted
- lead time to your delivery location
- price
- the validity period of the offer
What we will tell you honestly
If we cannot source an item, we say so rather than let the enquiry go quiet. If a different product suits your application better than the one you asked for, we say that too, and explain why. What we can supply, and what we do not claim to be, is set out in how we source, and what we are not. The discipline behind every figure on our product pages is set out in how we verify every figure we publish — the same discipline applies to what we put in a quotation.
