Contact P2 Industrial

Contact details

P2 Industrial is a trading name of Progress Engineering Equipment Supply FZCO, a free-zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Whichever route you use, your enquiry reaches the same inbox and gets the same answer.

Email suits enquiries that carry article numbers, specifications, or attachments. Phone and WhatsApp suit quick questions. We answer calls during UAE business hours.

How quickly we reply

We reply to every enquiry within one business day.

We publish no prices online; every enquiry is answered with a written quotation. The steps from first message to quotation are described on the request a quotation page.

What to include so we can quote quickly

A quotation goes out fastest when the first message identifies the product exactly. Where you have them, include:

• The product name or the manufacturer’s article number — the article number is the surest identifier.
• The quantity you need.
• The machine or method the item is for — this lets us confirm fit before quoting, especially when no article number is to hand.
• The delivery emirate.

None of this is mandatory. Send what you have and we will ask for the rest.

If the item you need is not in our catalogue, ask anyway — what we can source beyond the published range is explained on how we source, and what we are not.

Visiting our office

Our registered address is in Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis. If you would like to meet in person, contact us by phone or email first so we can confirm the arrangements — please do not plan an unannounced visit. Most enquiries are handled entirely by email and phone, from first question to quotation.
