Reading the selection matrix
The matrix maps workpiece hardness rows against grade columns. Read it carefully —
column alignment is easy to lose, and a mark read against the wrong column produces a
confidently wrong recommendation. Where our own pages quote a band from this matrix we have
checked it against the fact sheet as well.
Fitting
All three reinforced grades share a 32 mm arbour and run wet. Diameter is set by your cutter,
not by preference; the practical constraint most laboratories hit is flange size, which should
be at least a quarter of the wheel diameter.
